Objective of the lesson. To study the composition and nutritional value of rations for various types of livestock animals.

Task 1. To familiarize with the composition of compound feeds for various types of livestock animals and poultry.

Methodology. V. G. Ryadchikov proposed compound feed compositions and approximate rations for livestock animals and poultry.

The composition of the starter for 0–2 month old calves is presented in Table 1.
