National Spice Conference 2026 will be held in Jaipur

The Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre will host the two-day forum. Participants will include representatives from the entire spice production chain, including farmers, processors, exporters, researchers, regulators, and technology providers. The program includes business sessions, an exhibition of innovative solutions and local agricultural goods, as well as buyer-seller meetings.

Key discussions at NSC 2026 will focus on ways to increase farmers' incomes and expand their market access. Experts will discuss strengthening food security, principles of responsible sourcing, and methods for sustainable agribusiness development. Special attention will be paid to improving on-farm practices to help farmers and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) meet growing market demands for quality, product traceability, and compliance with new food safety regulations.

The opening ceremony will feature addresses by World Spice Organisation Chairman Ramkumar Menon, Chairman of the Karnataka Agricultural Price Commission Ashok Dalwai, Secretary of the Spices Board M.S. Manivannan, Principal Secretary of the Department of Agriculture and Horticulture of Rajasthan Manju Rajpal, and NSC 2026 Business Committee Chairman Ganapathy K.D. According to Ramkumar Menon, the event aims to unite the industry to overcome current challenges facing producers and consumers.

This is the fifth time the National Spice Conference is being held. Previously, in 2025, the event brought together 485 delegates.
