Zoomlion presented the 9DX hybrid tractor with a capacity of 1.6 thousand horsepower

The new product was unveiled on October 26, 2026, at the China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition in Changsha. According to the manufacturer, this hybrid tractor is the world's most powerful and is designed for continuous heavy-duty work on very large agricultural lands. The model is equipped with a digital chassis, proprietary components, and control systems.

A high-power hybrid continuously variable transmission and an 800-volt dual-motor system provide a peak torque of 7,200 Newton-meters. A hydraulic flow rate of 636 liters per minute allows the use of wide seeders, large tillage equipment, and variable-rate fertilizer spreaders. To reduce pressure on the soil, the machine features a four-track system with proprietary 762-millimeter-wide tracks, while a fully suspended cab is provided for operator comfort.

In addition to the 9DX model itself, the exposition featured intelligent machinery, implements, precision farming technologies, and software. The exhibition was accompanied by a global dealer conference held on October 28 at the Zoomlion Smart Industry City in Changsha. The event gathered over 230 partners from around the world.

Zoomlion Chairman and CEO Zhan Chunxin noted at the conference the importance of the agricultural sector for the company's strategy. Partners from more than 20 countries, including Spain, Turkey, Australia, Brazil, and Egypt, visited the manufacturing plants and testing grounds, conducted test drives of the machinery, and signed commercial agreements.
