Zoomlion presented industrial robotic solutions at the WRC 2026 exhibition

Farm machinery

During the event held in Beijing from August 19 to 23, 2026, the company introduced a line of specialized robots. Among them are the bipedal humanoid Z01, the wheeled robot Z03, as well as robotic dogs of the D15 and D40 models. The technologies are designed to solve production tasks such as object sorting, high-precision assembly, and wiring work.

To control the equipment, the company offers the Robot Ops operating system, which was first showcased earlier at the Hannover Messe in April 2026. The platform integrates modules for simulation and reinforcement learning, task planning, and basic tools, supporting the full development cycle: from data collection to deployment in production. The system is adapted for operation with humanoid and industrial robots, as well as construction machinery.

Additionally, the ZBrain system was introduced, transforming standard industrial robots into autonomous intelligent units. With the help of ZBrain, robots are capable of independently assessing the environment, planning actions, and adjusting workflows. This solution is aimed at simplifying equipment setup for small-batch production and reducing changeover time.

The efficiency of the presented developments has been confirmed by practical testing: Zoomlion robotic complexes were utilized in production at Zoomlion Smart City, where they underwent trials in 20 different scenarios. As part of the demonstration program at the exhibition, visitors can see how the Z01 and Z03 robots perform tasks related to component assembly, wire processing, and material sorting.
