The French dairy cooperative Sodiaal, owned by approximately 13,900 member farmers and accounting for about 20% of the country's total milk collection, has completed one of the largest IT integration projects in its history. The program was implemented following the acquisition of Yoplait Liberté Canada from General Mills, which became the largest international growth transaction for the cooperative.

Accenture acted as the IT integration partner. In June 2026, the migration process of the Canadian enterprise to Yoplait's European SAP platform was completed. This made it possible to harmonize key business processes and integrate the management of the acquired assets into a unified structure.

The project brought together Accenture teams in Paris and Montreal. The resulting outcome creates a scalable integration model for Sodiaal's further international expansion. To date, 25% of the cooperative's operations are already carried out abroad in more than 40 countries.

Representatives of Sodiaal and Accenture management noted that the successful implementation of a shared technological platform and standardized processes will provide a reliable foundation for the company's further international business development.
