Review of the Roborock RockNeo Q110H robotic lawn mower

The price of the RockNeo Q110H model is 1,300 dollars. The device is equipped with a two-wheel drive with front swivel wheels and a manual cutting height adjuster. For navigation, the mower uses an RTK (real-time kinematic) system requiring the installation of an external antenna on the plot; however, software updates have added support for NRTK technology.

Setting up the device takes about 45 minutes and involves connecting via the Roborock mobile app. Mapping the plot is possible both in automatic mode and by manually steering the mower along the perimeter of the area through the app. There is an option to disable the camera system for obstacle avoidance, which allows the robot to move through areas with decorative elements or overhanging vegetation. During operation, the model moves in strips with the ability to adjust the orientation of the passes.

During operation, it was revealed that the wheel design limits the robot's capabilities on uneven surfaces and complex terrain, where it may slip. Despite the claimed maximum slope angle of up to 24 degrees, a decrease in traction is observed on steep sections. At the same time, the camera system successfully recognizes and avoids obstacles such as garden plants or livestock animals.

The manufacturer indicates that the RockNeo Q110H is capable of servicing up to 1/4 acre of territory per day. At the same time, on plots of about 1/20 acre, the device consumes from 60 to 70 percent of the battery charge. The Roborock app allows users to set work schedules, change movement speed, define path algorithms for individual zones, and activate a rain sensor to pause mowing.
