Amlan International will present mineral feed additives at the SIAVS 2026 exhibition

Livestock

As part of the SIAVS 2026 exhibition, representatives of Amlan International will showcase a line of mineral-based feed additives at booth #212. These developments are intended for poultry enterprises seeking to implement modern production methods that meet the high requirements of export markets and the principles of rational antibiotic use.

According to Dr. Robin Jarquin, Vice President of Sales for Latin America, the Brazilian antibiotic-free production sector has developed significantly, yet producers are facing increasingly complex challenges. Under these conditions, the industry needs science-based technologies that integrate seamlessly into modern production systems.

The event will feature the Varium® additive, consisting of calcium-montmorillonite, yeast, and functional amino acids. The product is aimed at maintaining the gut integrity of poultry throughout the entire growing cycle. In addition, the company will demonstrate Calibrin®-Z, a broad-spectrum adsorbent designed to bind various mycotoxins in feed.

Dr. Cesar Coto, Technical Services Director for Amlan International in Latin America, emphasized that a comprehensive approach is necessary to ensure poultry health. This includes gut protection strategies combined with active biotoxin management. Throughout the exhibition, the company's technical specialists will discuss the results of field studies and practical experience with these additives.

Amlan International is a division of the Oil-Dri Corporation of America, specializing in the production and sales of adsorbent minerals. The company has over 80 years of experience in the field of mineralogy and operates worldwide. Product availability may vary depending on the country and government requirements.
